Creates a new client that connects directly to a given Wavefront service.

Parameters:

server - A Wavefront server URL of the form "https://clusterName.wavefront.com"

token - A valid API token with direct ingestion permissions

Send a measurement to Wavefront. The current machine's hostname would be used as the source. The point will be timestamped at the agent.

value - The value to be sent.

Throws:

IOException - Throws if there was an error sending the metric.
